Marcus grew up in downtown Atlanta and joined the Youth Tech & Leadership Workshop as a quiet 14-year-old. Over the next four years, he participated in every program Dream Builders had to offer.

Through our mentorship initiatives, Marcus was paired with a senior developer who guided him through high school. Today, he is a full-time software engineer at a leading tech firm and actively volunteers his weekends back at Dream Builders HQ to mentor the next generation.
